The designs featured in our First Nations range are the result of a unique collaboration with Blaklash. These designs are central to the aesthetic and functional quality of our products and represent significant cultural heritage, storytelling, and intellectual property. 
All designs are protected under copyright law and Indigenous Cultural Intellectual Property  (ICIP) rights. They must not be reproduced, copied, adapted, or imitated in any form without the prior written consent of Blaklash. Any unauthorised use may constitute a breach of these rights and may result in legal action. 
We respectfully acknowledge the cultural significance of these designs and ask that all parties honour and uphold the integrity of the designer, their communities and this collaboration. 

Indigenous Cultural Intellectual Property (ICIP) Notice
These designs are original work by Blaklash and incorporate traditional knowledge belonging to their community. Through best practice legal agreement, Blaklash has authorised the use of this artwork for approved applications.
Any use, reproduction, or dealing with this design beyond what has been expressly authorised by Blaklash is a serious breach of First Nations cultural protocols and customary laws. Such actions may also constitute a violation of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
