How do I order free samples?
Swatch samples are ordered directly from our Colour Page.
To request your samples:
- Select your desired colour.
- Choose between individual colour samples or the Full Sample Chain.
- Select the desired sample size.
- Complete and submit the form on the Colour Page.
Delivery Information: Samples are sent via priority post and should arrive within 2–10 business days. We also offer an immediate overnight shipping option upon request.
Where can I download DuraCube product colours for Revit?
You can access our product colours by downloading the DuraCube Revit Model Texture.
Alternatively, you may add a note in the colour section of your request, and our team will gladly send you high-resolution digital samples.
Where can I view DuraCube products in person?
We offer three convenient ways to view our products:
- Send us a message using our Contact Form requesting a product viewing. Our Specification Manager will be happy to schedule a drop-in to show you available models of our products.
- We provide an interactive virtual showroom experience. To arrange a tour, simply add a note to your inquiry, and a team member will guide you through our digital space.

How do I clean DuraCube products?
The daily maintenance of DuraSafe® Compact Laminates is simple: use a soapy sponge or soft cloth.
For persistent marks and stubborn stains:
- Use an appropriate non-scratch liquid/cream or an organic solvent (e.g., white spirit or acetone).
- Rinse the area thoroughly with warm water.
- Ensure all residue is completely wiped away using an all-purpose paper towel or lint-free cloth.
- Proprietary window cleaners are recommended for avoiding drying marks and can be used safely.
